All financial transactions on lucky 786 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lucky 786 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, or other Pakistani bank) may apply its own fees, which are the responsibility of the player.

Deposits:

Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lucky 786 content without express written consent from lucky 786.

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the lucky 786 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using lucky 786 and may request account closure by contacting our support team, at which point any verifiable PKR real-money balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the lucky 786 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and lucky 786, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of you first notifying lucky 786 in writing of the issue, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. lucky 786's decision on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, account status, and withdrawal processing is final where based on technical logs and game records.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
